Bulk extensions

Standard OTRS bulk feature allows one or more changes on more tickets e.g. status, owner, queue and merging ticket.

Extend IT Bulk extension adds the possibility to bundle ticket printouts into one zipfile.

Extend IT has implemented many custom bulk extensions for several customers e.g.

  • include ticket attachments into the zip file

  • enable using templates for bulk actions

  • accept filled-in excel forms and propagate the data into the ticket

  • ….
