OTRS provides the ability to create statistical reports and includes about 60 predefined templates. Reports can be run interactively and statements can be displayed in various formats e.g. csv, excel, graph.

The extension StatByEmail allows you to automatically run any report at defined times and at the same time send the statement in Excel format to the specified addresses. The solution is implemented by using the custom module of the generic agent SendStatByEmail.

 The following example shows setting the parameters for sending the report result with number 169 to the primary and secondary addresses, separated by a comma.

Periodic run of the report can be set up using a standard scheduling mechanism in the generic agent,  every Monday at 7 am.
